How Booking Works

    Choose a course and tell us your preferred weeks. Ayama replies within 24 hours.

    Agree a date

    We confirm a date, the venue in Makati, and what to bring.

  3. 3

    Pay the deposit

    20% by GCash, bank transfer, PayPal, or Wise reserves your place.

  4. 4

    Attend

    Receive your attunement and certificate in person. The balance is paid on the day.

  • ✓PayPal or Wise for payments from outside the Philippines
  • ✓Cash on the day (Makati courses only)

Prices are in Philippine pesos. US-dollar figures are approximate and are used for payments from abroad.

Policies

Reserving a date
A 20% deposit reserves your place. The balance is paid on the day (in person) or before the course starts (online).
Rescheduling
Free with 7 or more days' notice. Within 7 days, one reschedule is allowed; after that the deposit is forfeited.
Cancellation
Deposit refunded in full with 14 or more days' notice. Within 14 days the deposit is not refundable, but can be applied to a future date within 6 months.
Language
Courses are taught in English. Japanese is available on request.
Health
Reiki is a relaxation practice. It is not a medical treatment and does not diagnose, cure, or replace care from a doctor. If you are under medical care, please continue it.

Questions About the Courses

Do I need any experience to start?
No. Level 1 assumes nothing. If Reiki feels right to you now, that is the only prerequisite.
Where exactly are the courses held?
In Makati City, Metro Manila, in a quiet private space. The exact venue is shared after your booking is confirmed.
How far apart should Level 1 and Level 2 be?
At least 21 days of daily practice. Most students take Level 2 one to three months after Level 1.
I learned Level 1 elsewhere. Can I take Level 2 here?
Usually yes. We have a short conversation about what you learned, and then you join Level 2 in this lineage.
Can I receive the attunement online?
No. In the Japanese tradition the attunement is passed on in person. The Online Theory Course covers everything except the attunement, and its fee is credited toward an in-person course.
How do I pay?
GCash or bank transfer in the Philippines, PayPal or Wise from abroad, or cash on the day for Makati courses. A 20% deposit reserves your date.
Is there a private option?
Yes. Any in-person level can be taught one-to-one for an additional PHP 3,000. Ask when you book.
